  Hays Academy is wonderful. The staff is always professional and you can tell they care about their students and overall mission. As a client, I have never left disappointed with the services. They work to get it right. You reschedule with the same stylist and build a relationship with them as they move from student to professional. Desirae is my most recent and it will be bitter sweet to see her move on. She is amazing! That being said, if you are incredibly picky, go somewhere else. These are students who are still learning and you have be okay with that.
